Is energy data the only source for our FactoryOps solution?
That is the main source of data for us to determine utilization of equipments, and in some cases even cycle time and parts. End of the day we ensure the right and accurate data capture for determining cycle counts and cycle time for your operations.
What about Asset Health, is that using energy as the only source of data for predicting asset health?
We have off-the-shelf solution for motor and gear box monitoring using energy signature analysis (ESA). But we also look at other data points, as needed. Our CTO has a Ph.D in AI for predicting remaining useful life, and the our platform delivers a high level of accuracy
How can energy data be used for predicting health of anything beyond a motor, like a gear box?
Energy Signature Analysis can be successfully used for predicting issues in the motor and transmission drive. Our CTO, Sivam who has a Ph.D in this area will be glad to get onto a call to discuss your asset reliability issues and advise a good way forward.
Is FactoryOps suitable only for old equipments? 
No. While it is true that FactoryOps is particularly useful where equipments do not have any PLC but we have customers also with modern equipments but wanting the benefit of 1X infrastructure (energy meter) and 3X benefit across production, asset health and energy. Do you do energy audit? How will I know what ROI I can expect by way of Energy Savings?
Yes through our partners, we can get a Energy Audit conducted. The findings will cover both digital and non-digital opportunities for driving energy savings. By linking benefit areas to the platform you will roll-out you can have a clear business case for investment.
Do you only provide software and not the hardware?
Zolnoi offers an end to end solution, off the shelf industry leading hardware deployed at your site, and then a cloud-based platform. We optimize your upfront investment by using your plant’s existing energy meters where possible.
How can I be assured of reliability of the platform? Data loss was an issue we faced in previous attempts to roll out such systems?
Firstly the infrastructure both at site and cloud is resilient to manage for network issues at remote factories, including dual SIM coverage, Wifi/Ethernet facility, and storage on gateway if network drops temporarily ensuring that there is no data loss.
